Our Founder

Lorraine Von Deauxplette-Reconnu has dedicated the last 25 years of her professional career to the community of individuals with developmental disabilities. She has owned and operated Adult Residential Facilities and is currently a vendor with Inland Regional Center providing transportation services. Her list of volunteer efforts is vast, because she believes giving back to our communities is how we make our world a better place for everyone.

Combining her years of experience as a business owner and mentoring many other business owners, one thing has stood out is the lack of educational resources and opportunities in the Inland Empire for the careprovider and direct care staff professionals. So, she has pooled her resources and put together exceptional people with various combinations of education, professions and life experience, and started CARETECH Training Institute.
